Our story and commitment

Elevate Property Inspections was founded by Nick Reeves after more than 20 years of hands-on UK construction experience, including time as a finishing foreman, getting new builds ready to hand over.

That experience is the foundation of the company: we know what a rushed handover hides, where to look for it, and how to document it so your developer puts it right.

We provide independent new build snagging inspections across Devon, Cornwall, Somerset and Kent, giving buyers a clear, photographic snagging report before, or just after, they take the keys.

Every inspection is carried out personally by Nick, and every report is written by the person who walked the property. Accuracy, transparency and straight answers are the commitment on every job.

We are independent. We are not chartered surveyors and we do not issue Building Regulations certification.
